Return & Refund Policy – KittyHug

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or replacements only if:
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
- The product received is incorrect
- The item is missing parts or accessories
To qualify for a return:
- You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
- All tags, labels, and box must be intact
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged products
- Products without original packaging
- Products damaged due to incorrect use or handling
- Items purchased during clearance or special offers (unless damaged)
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide:
- Order ID
- Photos/video of the product
- Reason for return
- Our support team will verify and approve the return request
- Pickup will be arranged through our courier partner
Please note:
- Pickup availability depends on your PIN code
- If pickup is not available, we may ask you to self-ship the item
3. Replacement Policy
You may request a replacement if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective
- A wrong product was delivered
Replacement is subject to:
- Availability of stock
- Successful verification of your return request
If replacement is not available, we will issue a refund.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:
- Product delivered in damaged or defective condition
- Wrong product delivered
- Order cancelled before shipping
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to:
- Your original payment method, or
- Bank account (for COD orders), as applicable
Refund Timeline
Refund processing may take:
- 3–5 working days for prepaid orders
- 5–7 working days for bank transfers
- 7–10 working days for COD orders
Delays may occur due to bank processing times.
5. Order Cancellation
Before Shipping
You may cancel the order before it is shipped.
Full refund will be issued immediately.
After Shipping
Once the item is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
You may request a return after delivery (if eligible).
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable, such as:
- Innerwear
- Beauty or personal care items
- Clearance sale items
- Items explicitly marked as “Non-Returnable”
(Modify this according to the products you sell)
7. Exchange Policy
Exchange is allowed only for:
- Size issues (if applicable)
- Defective/damaged/wrong item
Exchange is subject to product availability.
