All tags, labels, and box must be intact
We do not accept returns for:

Products without original packaging
Products damaged due to incorrect use or handling
Items purchased during clearance or special offers (unless damaged)

Our support team will verify and approve the return request
Pickup will be arranged through our courier partner
Please note:
Pickup availability depends on your PIN code
If pickup is not available, we may ask you to self-ship the item
You may request a replacement if:
The product arrives damaged or defective
A wrong product was delivered
Replacement is subject to:
Availability of stock
Successful verification of your return request
If replacement is not available, we will issue a refund.
Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:
Product delivered in damaged or defective condition
Wrong product delivered
Order cancelled before shipping
Refunds will be processed to:

Bank account (for COD orders), as applicable
Refund processing may take:
3–5 working days for prepaid orders
5–7 working days for bank transfers
7–10 working days for COD orders
Delays may occur due to bank processing times.
You may cancel the order before it is shipped.
Full refund will be issued immediately.
Once the item is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
You may request a return after delivery (if eligible).
